- Email address
- Payment method
- Billing and shipping address
- Order (to ensure correct delivery and to follow up on re-presses, etc.)
The stored information is kept in accordance with accounting regulations from the customer’s most recent delivered order. After that, the information is removed from Pitch Beats’ records.

- Name, personal identity number/organization number, email address, delivery and billing address, and payment method are stored to identify a customer and their payment. These details are also required under accounting laws.
- The email address is stored to communicate with the customer and to provide relevant information. Contact details are used solely by Pitch Beats and are never shared with third parties.
- Pitch Beats complies with international guidelines.
DELETE OR CORRECT INFORMATION
If a customer wishes to have their information deleted, they can notify Pitch Beats via email, after which Pitch Beats will delete the information as soon as possible. The same applies if a customer wants to amend their information with Pitch Beats. This service is provided free of charge.

If a customer wishes to access their information stored by Pitch Beats, they can contact Pitch Beats at any time via email.
IN CASE OF DATA LOSS OR BREACH
If Pitch Beats experiences a data breach or otherwise loses control of the data it processes, it will document, report, and investigate the incident. If it is likely that the incident poses a risk to individuals’ rights and freedoms, Pitch Beats will report the incident to the supervisory authority within 72 hours. If the incident may expose individuals to significant risks such as discrimination, identity theft, fraud, or financial theft, Pitch Beats will also inform the affected individuals so they can take necessary precautions.
